- Right click on them and save them to your hard drive.
- Microsoft Word users:
- Open a new Word document ("Blank Document" in the "General" tab).
- Create a table two columns wide and five rows tall.
- Make each table cell 3.5" wide and 2" tall.
- Copy one of the images into all five of the left-hand column cells.
- Copy the other image to all five of the right-hand column cells.
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Envelopes and Labels."
- On the "Labels" tab, select "Avery Standard" and "8371 Business Card."
- Click on the "Print" button.
- Once printed, turn card stock over to print on the back.
- OpenOffice Writer users:
- From the "File" menu, select "New" and then "Labels."
- In the dialog box that opens, click on the "Labels" tab, then in the "Brand" drop-down select "Avery Letter Size." In the "Type" drop-down select "8371 Ink Jet Business Card."
- Click on the "New Document" button at the bottom of the dialog box. This will create a page with a 2 x 5 table setup with the correct size for the cells.
- Copy one of the images into all five of the left-hand column cells.
- Copy the other image to all five of the right-hand column cells.
- From the "File" menu, select "Print."
- Once printed, turn card stock over to print on the back.
- Save your created document file to disk so that you'll have it if you want to print more of them later.

These images are designed to be printed on
Avery 8371 Business Card stock at 300 dpi.
(You can also use 8871 Clean Edge
Business Card stock as well. If
you don't have a 8871 setting in your
software, use the 8371 setting.)
